It was previously known as the ACMP annual meeting. The Spring Clinical Meeting provides practical information designed to help medical physicists integrate emerging technologies into the clinical environment and keep abreast of regulatory and accreditation related issues, and also provides a forum for the exchange of ideas in support of practice quality improvement. The AAPM Annual Meeting & Exhibition held in late July or early August draws about 4,000 participants to the world’s largest program of scientific, educational and professional presentations plus technical exhibits and social programs that targets the medical physics community specifically.
